Artist Bio:
Stories was a rock band formed in New York City in 1970. The group consisted of Ian Lloyd on vocals and Michael Brown on keyboards. Their most famous song, "Brother Louie," was released in 1973 and became a major hit, reaching the top 10 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. The song was later covered by the band Hot Chocolate, who also achieved success with their version.
After the success of "Brother Louie," Stories released several more albums, but none were able to replicate the same level of success. The band eventually disbanded in 1974. Despite their short-lived career, Stories made a lasting impact on the music industry with their unique blend of rock and pop influences.
