Sugarloaf was an American rock band formed in 1968 in Denver, Colorado. The band's most well-known and successful single was "Green-Eyed Lady," released in 1970, which reached number three on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. The song showcases the band's fusion of rock, jazz, and psychedelic elements, demonstrating their unique and eclectic musical style.


The band was led by singer and keyboardist Jerry Corbetta, who was a driving force behind Sugarloaf's sound and success. In addition to "Green-Eyed Lady," Sugarloaf had other minor hits like "Don't Call Us, We'll Call You." The band released a total of five studio albums before disbanding in the mid-1970s.
