Originally fronted by vocalist Jade Villalon, Sweetbox gained popularity with hits such as "Everything's Gonna Be Alright" and "Don't Go Away." The project has released multiple albums over the years, with songs often featuring a mix of English and Japanese lyrics.
After several lineup changes, Jade Villalon left Sweetbox in 2013 and was replaced by several other vocalists. Despite these changes, the project continued to release music and tour internationally. Sweetbox's music has been well-received in various countries, with the project achieving success in Europe and Asia.
