Tionne Watkins, known professionally as T-Boz, is an American singer, songwriter, actress, and author. She is best known as a member of the R&B/hip-hop group TLC, alongside Lisa "Left Eye" Lopes and Rozonda "Chilli" Thomas. T-Boz has received multiple awards for her work with TLC, including four Grammy Awards. The group was known for their chart-topping hits such as "Waterfalls", "No Scrubs", and "Creep".
In addition to her music career, T-Boz has also ventured into acting, appearing in television shows such as "Scrubs" and "Days of Our Lives". She has also released a memoir titled "A Sick Life: TLC 'n Me: Stories from On and Off the Stage", where she discusses her experiences with sickle cell disease and her journey in the music industry.
