Artist Bio:
Tears for Fears is an English pop rock band formed in Bath in 1981. The band consists of Roland Orzabal and Curt Smith, who are the core members. They rose to fame in the 1980s with hits such as "Shout," "Everybody Wants to Rule the World," and "Mad World." Tears for Fears' music is characterized by their emotional lyrics and catchy melodies, which helped them achieve commercial success worldwide.


The band released their debut album, "The Hurting," in 1983, followed by their most successful album, "Songs from the Big Chair," in 1985. "Songs from the Big Chair" reached number one on the charts in several countries and has since been certified multi-platinum. Tears for Fears continued to release music throughout the years, with their most recent album, "The Tipping Point," being released in 2022.
