Artist Bio:
Terry Stafford was an American singer born in 1941 in Hollis, Oklahoma. He started his music career in the 1960s and is best known for his hit single "Suspicion." Stafford was often compared to Elvis Presley due to his similar vocal style. Despite the success of "Suspicion," Stafford struggled to replicate its chart performance with subsequent releases. He continued to record music and perform live throughout his career, but he never achieved the same level of success as he did with "Suspicion." Stafford passed away in 1996 at the age of 54.
