The group was formed in 1960 and consisted of Frankie Valli as the lead singer, Bob Gaudio on keyboards, Tommy DeVito on guitar, and Nick Massi on bass. They were known for their unique sound blending doo-wop harmonies with rock and roll music.
The Four Seasons had a string of hits in the 1960s, including "Sherry," "Big Girls Don't Cry," and "Walk Like a Man." They were one of the best-selling musical groups of all time, with over 100 million records sold worldwide. The band was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1990. Despite various lineup changes over the years, The Four Seasons continued to perform and tour, with Frankie Valli remaining as the only original member.
