Artist Bio:
The Beach Boys are an American rock band formed in Hawthorne, California in 1961. The group's original lineup consisted of brothers Brian, Dennis, and Carl Wilson, their cousin Mike Love, and friend Al Jardine. The band is known for their vocal harmonies and lyrics reflecting a southern California youth culture of surfing, cars, and romance.

The Beach Boys gained popularity in the 1960s with hits like "Surfin' U.S.A.," "California Girls," and "Good Vibrations." They are one of the best-selling bands of all time, with over 100 million records sold worldwide. The band's sound, often referred to as the "California Sound," combined rock and roll with elements of doo-wop, jazz, and R&B. The Beach Boys were inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1988 and continue to perform and record music to this day.
