Artist Bio:
The Blow Monkeys are a British new wave and sophisti-pop band formed in 1981. The band's original lineup consisted of Dr. Robert (real name Bruce Robert Howard) on vocals and guitar, Mick Anker on bass, Neville Henry on saxophone, and Tony Kiley on drums. They are best known for their hits in the 1980s, such as "Digging Your Scene" and "It Doesn't Have to Be This Way."

The Blow Monkeys' music is characterized by a blend of pop, soul, and jazz influences, with socially conscious lyrics and a polished sound. They released several albums throughout the 1980s and 1990s, before disbanding in the early 1990s. The band reunited in the 2000s and has continued to release new music and tour, maintaining a dedicated fan base.
