Artist Bio:
The Browns were a family vocal group from Arkansas consisting of siblings Jim Ed Brown, Maxine Brown, and Bonnie Brown. They began performing together in the early 1950s and gained popularity for their harmonious blend of country and pop music. The group signed with RCA Records in 1954 and released several successful singles throughout the 1950s and 1960s. In addition to "The Three Bells," they are known for hits such as "Scarlet Ribbons" and "The Old Lamplighter." The Browns were inducted into the Country Music Hall of Fame in 2015 in recognition of their contributions to the country music genre.
