The Byrds achieved commercial success with their debut album "Mr. Tambourine Man" in 1965, which included their hit cover of Bob Dylan's song of the same name. They went on to release several more successful albums throughout the 1960s, including "Turn! Turn! Turn!" and "Fifth Dimension." The band's sound evolved over the years, incorporating elements of psychedelia and country rock. The Byrds were inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1991 for their significant contributions to the music industry.
