Artist Bio:
The Caravelles were a British pop duo consisting of sisters Andrea and Lois Wilkinson. They rose to fame in the 1960s with their hit song "You Don't Have to Be a Baby to Cry" which reached number 3 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart in 1963. The duo was known for their sweet harmonies and catchy melodies, and they were often compared to other successful female duos of the time such as The Paris Sisters and The Chordettes.

Despite their initial success, The Caravelles struggled to maintain their popularity and had limited chart success following their hit single. They continued to perform and release music throughout the 1960s and 1970s, but were unable to replicate the success of their early years. The Caravelles eventually disbanded in the late 1970s, but their music continues to be remembered and enjoyed by fans of 1960s pop music.
