Artist Bio:
The Chad Mitchell Trio was an American folk music group that was formed in 1958 in Seattle, Washington. The original members of the trio were Chad Mitchell, Mike Kobluk, and Mike Pugh. They gained popularity in the early 1960s for their harmonious vocals and socially conscious lyrics, often performing songs that addressed political and social issues of the time.

The Chad Mitchell Trio released numerous albums throughout the 1960s, including "Mighty Day on Campus" and "At the Bitter End." They were known for their witty banter and engaging stage presence during live performances. The group disbanded in 1965, with Chad Mitchell pursuing a solo career and the other members forming a new group called The Mitchell Trio. Despite their relatively short-lived career, The Chad Mitchell Trio left a lasting impact on the folk music scene of the 1960s.
