Artist Bio:
The Chi-Lites are an American R&B/soul vocal group formed in Chicago in 1959. The group's original lineup consisted of Eugene Record, Robert "Squirrel" Lester, Clarence Johnson, and Marshall Thompson. They are best known for their string of hit singles in the 1970s, including "Oh Girl," "Have You Seen Her," and "Stoned Out of My Mind." Their smooth harmonies and soulful sound helped establish them as one of the leading groups in the Chicago soul scene.

The Chi-Lites' music often featured socially conscious lyrics and lush orchestration, adding depth and emotional resonance to their songs. They were inducted into the Rhythm and Blues Music Hall of Fame in 2000 and continue to perform and tour, keeping alive their legacy as one of the most influential soul groups of the 1970s.
