Artist Bio:
The Critters were an American pop group formed in New Jersey in the mid-1960s. The band's original lineup consisted of Don Ciccone, Bob Podstawski, Jim Ryan, Ken Gorka, Jack Decker, and Chris Darway. They are best known for their hit single "Mr. Dieingly Sad" which reached the Top 20 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart in 1966. The song was written by lead vocalist Don Ciccone and showcased the band's signature harmonies and folk-rock sound.

The Critters released several albums during the 1960s and toured extensively, gaining a dedicated fan base. Despite achieving some success with their singles, they never quite reached the same level of fame as some of their contemporaries. The band went through various lineup changes over the years before disbanding in the early 1970s. The Critters left a lasting impact on the music scene of the 1960s with their catchy tunes and tight vocal harmonies.
