Artist Bio:
The Critters were an American pop rock band formed in New Jersey in 1964. The band's original lineup consisted of lead vocalist and guitarist Don Ciccone, keyboardist and vocalist Kenny Gorka, guitarist Jim Ryan, drummer Jack Decker, and saxophonist Bob Podstawski. They were known for their harmonies and catchy melodies, drawing inspiration from bands like The Beach Boys and The Beatles.

The Critters achieved commercial success with their hit single "Mr. Dieingly Sad" in 1966, which reached the top 20 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. They also had a hit with their cover of "Younger Girl" in 1966. The band released several albums throughout the 1960s and early 1970s before disbanding in the mid-1970s. Despite their relatively short-lived career, The Critters left a mark on the pop rock music scene of the 1960s with their melodic sound and tight harmonies.
