In 1981, The Crusaders collaborated with English rock and blues singer Joe Cocker on the album "Standing Tall." The album featured Cocker's soulful vocals accompanied by The Crusaders' signature jazz-funk sound. The collaboration was well-received by both fans and critics, showcasing the unique blend of styles between Cocker's powerful voice and The Crusaders' instrumental prowess.
