The Dave Clark Five was a British rock band formed in Tottenham, London, in 1957. The band was one of the leading British invasion groups alongside The Beatles and The Rolling Stones in the 1960s. The members of the band were Dave Clark (drummer and leader), Mike Smith (keyboardist and lead vocalist), Lenny Davidson (guitarist), Rick Huxley (bassist), and Denis Payton (saxophonist and harmonica player).

The Dave Clark Five achieved success with hits like "Glad All Over," "Bits and Pieces," and "Do You Love Me." They were known for their energetic performances and catchy tunes. The band was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2008. Despite disbanding in the 1970s, The Dave Clark Five's music continues to be celebrated for its contribution to the British invasion and the rock music scene of the 1960s.
