The Dramatics are an American soul music vocal group that formed in Detroit, Michigan in 1964. The group originally consisted of Ron Banks, William "Wee Gee" Howard, Elbert Wilkins, Willie Ford, and Larry Demps. They were known for their harmonious vocals and smooth style, becoming popular in the 1970s with hits like "Whatcha See Is Whatcha Get" and "In the Rain."

The Dramatics went through several lineup changes over the years, with Banks being the only consistent member throughout the group's various iterations.
