The Earls were an American doo-wop group formed in the Bronx, New York in 1957. The original members included Larry Chance, Bob Del Din, Eddie Harder, Larry Palumbo, and Jack Wray. They were known for their smooth harmonies and popular songs such as "Remember Then" and "Life Is But a Dream." The group gained popularity in the late 1950s and early 1960s during the doo-wop era.
The Earls continued to perform and record music throughout the years, with Larry Chance as the only original member remaining in the group. They were inducted into the Vocal Group Hall of Fame in 2001. The Earls' music has been featured in various movies, TV shows, and commercials, solidifying their place in doo-wop history.
