The Ebonys were an American soul vocal group formed in Camden, New Jersey in the 1960s. The group consisted of David Beasley, James Tuten, and Clarence Vaughn. They were known for their smooth harmonies and romantic ballads, which helped them gain popularity in the Philadelphia soul music scene.


The Ebonys released several albums in the 1970s on the Philadelphia International Records label, founded by Kenny Gamble and Leon Huff.
