The Everly Brothers were an American country-influenced rock and roll duo consisting of brothers Don Everly (born February 1, 1937) and Phil Everly (born January 19, 1939). They were known for their close harmony singing and songwriting skills. The duo was active from the late 1950s to the early 1970s and achieved great success with hits such as "Bye Bye Love," "Wake Up Little Susie," and "All I Have to Do Is Dream."


The Everly Brothers were inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1986 and the Country Music Hall of Fame in 2001.
