The Everly Brothers were an American country-influenced rock and roll duo, consisting of brothers Don and Phil Everly. They were known for their close harmony singing and catchy melodies. The duo was active from the late 1950s to the early 1970s and had a string of hits including "Bye Bye Love," "Wake Up Little Susie," and "All I Have to Do Is Dream."


Their music influenced many artists and bands that followed them, including The Beatles, Simon & Garfunkel, and The Beach Boys. The Everly Brothers were inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1986 and the Country Music Hall of Fame in 2001.
