The Fleetwoods were an American singing group formed in Olympia, Washington, in 1958. The group consisted of Gary Troxel, Gretchen Christopher, and Barbara Ellis. They were known for their vocal harmonies and achieved significant success in the late 1950s and early 1960s.

The Fleetwoods' most famous hit songs include "Come Softly to Me," "Mr. Blue," and "Tragedy." "Come Softly to Me" reached number one on the Billboard Hot 100 chart in 1959, making The Fleetwoods the first group to have a number one single with their first release. The group disbanded in 1963 but reunited for occasional performances over the years. The Fleetwoods were inducted into the Vocal Group Hall of Fame in 2006, honoring their contributions to the music industry.
