The Guess Who is a Canadian rock band formed in Winnipeg in 1965. The original lineup consisted of lead vocalist Chad Allan, guitarist Randy Bachman, keyboardist Bob Ashley, bassist Jim Kale, and drummer Garry Peterson. Over the years, the band underwent several lineup changes with Burton Cummings eventually taking over as the lead vocalist.
The Guess Who achieved international success in the late 1960s and early 1970s with hits such as "These Eyes," "American Woman," and "No Time." They were known for their catchy melodies, powerful vocals, and a mix of rock, blues, and pop influences in their music. The band was inducted into the Canadian Music Hall of Fame in 1987 and continues to perform with a different lineup today.
