The Guess Who is a Canadian rock band that was formed in 1965 in Winnipeg, Manitoba. The band's original lineup consisted of guitarist Randy Bachman, lead vocalist Chad Allan, bassist Jim Kale, keyboardist Bob Ashley, and drummer Garry Peterson. Over the years, the band underwent several lineup changes, with Burton Cummings eventually taking over as the lead vocalist in the late 1960s.

The Guess Who achieved commercial success in the late 1960s and early 1970s with hits such as "American Woman," "These Eyes," and "No Time." They are considered one of the first Canadian bands to achieve international success in the rock music scene. The band's music is characterized by a blend of rock, pop, and blues influences. The Guess Who was inducted into the Canadian Music Hall of Fame in 1987 and continues to perform and tour to this day.
