The Heyettes were a British all-female pop group formed in the 1960s. The group consisted of four members: Christine Holmes, Maggie Stredder, Marian Davies, and Lesley Duncan. They were known for their catchy pop tunes and harmonious vocals, drawing inspiration from the popular girl groups of the era such as The Supremes and The Ronettes. The Heyettes released several singles during their career, including "The Fonz Song" and "The Fonzarelli Slide," which were inspired by the character Fonzie from the television show "Happy Days." Despite their talent and potential, The Heyettes did not achieve widespread success and eventually disbanded.
