The Hollies are a British rock band formed in 1962 in Manchester, England. The band achieved commercial success in the 1960s and 1970s with their distinctive three-part vocal harmony style. The original members of the band included Allan Clarke, Graham Nash, Tony Hicks, Bobby Elliott, and Eric Haydock. They are best known for their hits such as "He Ain't Heavy, He's My Brother," "Long Cool Woman in a Black Dress," and "Bus Stop."
Throughout their career, The Hollies released numerous albums and singles, with many of their songs reaching the top of the charts in both the UK and the US. They were inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2010. Despite several lineup changes over the years, The Hollies have continued to perform and tour, maintaining a loyal fan base around the world.
