Artist Bio:
The Human League is a British synth-pop band formed in Sheffield in 1977. The original members were Martyn Ware, Ian Craig Marsh, and Philip Oakey, with Oakey becoming the lead vocalist. They achieved commercial success in the 1980s with hits like "Don't You Want Me" and "Human." Their music is characterized by its use of synthesizers and electronic instrumentation, which helped define the sound of the new wave and synth-pop genres.

The Human League has released several albums throughout their career, with their most successful being "Dare" in 1981. The album included their biggest hit, "Don't You Want Me," which topped the charts in the UK and the US. The band continues to perform and record music, with a changing lineup over the years but maintaining their signature synth-pop sound.
