The Ikettes were a trio of female backing vocalists who performed with the Ike & Tina Turner Revue in the 1960s and 1970s. Originally formed in 1960, the group went through several line-up changes over the years. The most well-known members of The Ikettes were Robbie Montgomery, Venetta Fields, and Jessie Smith, among others. Their energetic performances and harmonious vocals added depth and flair to Ike & Tina Turner's dynamic live shows.


The Ikettes also released their own music, with some of their popular songs including "I'm Blue (The Gong-Gong Song)" and "Peaches 'N' Cream."
