Artist Bio:
The Impalas were an American doo-wop group formed in Brooklyn, New York, in 1958. The original members included Joe "Speedo" Frazier, Richard Wagner, Lenny Renda, and Tony Carlucci. Their biggest hit, "Sorry (I Ran All The Way Home)," brought them commercial success but they struggled to replicate its success with subsequent releases. The group disbanded in the early 1960s, but their music continues to be remembered as a classic example of the doo-wop genre.
