The Isley Brothers are an American musical group that was formed in Cincinnati, Ohio, in 1954. The group was originally composed of brothers O'Kelly Isley Jr., Rudolph Isley, and Ronald Isley. The Isley Brothers are known for their diverse musical style, which includes elements of R&B, soul, funk, rock, and even doo-wop. They are considered one of the most influential groups in the history of popular music and have had a significant impact on the development of soul and R&B music.


The Isley Brothers have had a successful and enduring career, with hits such as "Shout," "Twist and Shout," and "It's Your Thing."
