The London Quireboys are a British rock band formed in 1984. The band's original lineup consisted of Spike (vocals), Guy Bailey (guitar), Chris Johnstone (keyboards), Nigel Mogg (bass), and Paul Hornby (drums). They are known for their blues-infused hard rock sound and have been compared to bands like The Rolling Stones and Faces.
The Quireboys released their debut album "A Bit of What You Fancy" in 1990, which was well-received and included the hit single "Hey You." They have since released several albums and have toured extensively, gaining a dedicated fan base in the UK and Europe. Despite lineup changes over the years, the band has continued to perform and record music, staying true to their roots in classic rock and blues.
