Artist Bio:
The McGuire Sisters were a singing trio composed of three sisters: Christine, Dorothy, and Phyllis McGuire. They were born in Middletown, Ohio, and began performing as children in church before achieving national fame in the 1950s. The group was known for their close harmonies and became one of the most popular female vocal groups of the era.

The McGuire Sisters released numerous hit songs, including "Sincerely," "Sugartime," and "Goodnight, Sweetheart, Goodnight." They appeared regularly on television shows such as The Ed Sullivan Show and The Arthur Murray Party, further solidifying their popularity. The group's success waned in the 1960s, and they eventually disbanded in the late 1960s. Despite their eventual retirement, the McGuire Sisters left a lasting impact on the music industry and are remembered as one of the most successful sister acts in the history of popular music.
