Artist Bio:
The Miracles were an American rhythm and blues vocal group that was formed in 1955 in Detroit, Michigan. They were one of the first successful acts for Berry Gordy's Motown Records. The original members of the group were Smokey Robinson, Warren "Pete" Moore, Ronnie White, Bobby Rogers, and Claudette Robinson.

The Miracles are best known for their hits such as "Shop Around," "You've Really Got a Hold on Me," and "The Tracks of My Tears." They were inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2012 and are considered one of the most influential and successful groups in the history of popular music. Smokey Robinson, as the lead singer and chief songwriter, played a significant role in the group's success and is often referred to as the "King of Motown."
