Artist Bio:
The Miracles were an American rhythm and blues vocal group that was formed in 1955 in Detroit, Michigan. The group originally consisted of lead singer Smokey Robinson, Warren "Pete" Moore, Ronnie White, Bobby Rogers, and Claudette Rogers. They are notable for being one of the first successful acts for Berry Gordy's Motown Records, helping to establish the label as a major player in the music industry.

The Miracles are best known for hits such as "Shop Around," "You've Really Got a Hold on Me," and "Tears of a Clown." They were inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2012 and were pioneers in the development of the Motown sound. The group's smooth harmonies and Robinson's distinctive falsetto vocals helped to define the soul music of the 1960s.
