The Move were a British rock band formed in Birmingham in 1966. The band was known for their energetic live performances and a sound that combined elements of rock, pop, and psychedelia. Their lineup included members such as Roy Wood, Bev Bevan, and Jeff Lynne, who later went on to form the Electric Light Orchestra (ELO).
The Move released several successful singles in the late 1960s, including "Blackberry Way" and "Flowers in the Rain", which reached the top of the UK charts. They also released a number of well-received albums, such as their self-titled debut album and "Shazam". The Move were influential in the development of British rock music and are considered one of the pioneering bands of the late 1960s and early 1970s.
