Artist Bio:
The Pixies Three were an American girl group formed in 1961 in the United States. The group consisted of three members: Midge Bollinger, Kaye McCool, and Debbie Swisher. They are best known for their hit single "Birthday Party," which was released in 1963 and reached No. 40 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. The song showcased their harmonizing vocals and upbeat, catchy sound that appealed to the teenage audience of the time.

The Pixies Three released several other singles in the early 1960s, including "442 Glenwood Avenue" and "Cold, Cold Winter," but none achieved the same level of success as "Birthday Party." The group disbanded in 1965 after a few years in the music industry. Despite their relatively short career, The Pixies Three left a mark on the pop music scene of the early 1960s with their infectious tunes and harmonious vocals.
