The Police were a British rock band formed in London in 1977. The group consisted of lead vocalist and bassist Sting, guitarist Andy Summers, and drummer Stewart Copeland. The Police achieved global success with hits such as "Roxanne," "Every Breath You Take," and "Message in a Bottle."
