The Rockin R's were an American rock and roll band formed in 1959 in Long Island, New York. The group consisted of four members: Richie Cerniglia on lead guitar, Pete Nappi on drums, Tommy Ranno on vocals, and Sal DeVivo on bass. They gained popularity in the early 1960s with their energetic live performances and catchy songs.


The Rockin R's are best known for their hit single "Crazy Baby," which was released in 1961 and reached the Billboard Hot 100 chart. The song has since become a rock and roll classic and is often included on compilations of 1960s music. Despite their initial success, the band eventually disbanded in the mid-1960s. Today, The Rockin R's are remembered as a talented group that made a significant contribution to the early rock and roll scene in the United States.
