Artist Bio:
The Ronettes were an American girl group formed in 1957 by sisters Veronica "Ronnie" and Estelle Bennett and their cousin Nedra Talley. The group's most well-known and iconic member was lead singer Ronnie Bennett, who later became known as Ronnie Spector. The Ronettes achieved widespread success in the early 1960s with hits such as "Be My Baby" and "Walking in the Rain."

Veronica Spector, known for her powerful voice and signature beehive hairstyle, was the focal point of the group's performances, earning her the title of the "bad girl of rock and roll." The Ronettes were inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2007. Despite their relatively short-lived career, The Ronettes left a lasting impact on the music industry and continue to be celebrated for their contributions to the girl group genre.
