The Rose Garden was an American folk rock and psychedelic pop band formed in 1966 in Los Angeles, California. The band's original lineup consisted of three vocalists: Diana DeRose, Jim Groshong, and John Noreen, along with David Groshong on drums and Bruce Bowdin on bass. The Rose Garden is best known for their hit single "Next Plane to London" released in 1967, which peaked at number 17 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart.
The Rose Garden's self-titled debut album was released in 1968 and featured a mix of folk rock and psychedelic pop sounds. Despite the commercial success of their single, the band faced internal conflicts and lineup changes, leading to their eventual disbandment in 1968. The Rose Garden's music continues to be celebrated by fans of 1960s folk rock and psychedelic pop.
