Artist Bio:
The Sandpebbles were an American vocal group formed in Detroit, Michigan in the 1960s. The group consisted of siblings Ed and Lorraine Sanders, along with their cousin Carl Hall. They were signed to the Calla Records label and gained popularity for their soulful harmonies and smooth vocals.
Their most notable hit was the song "Love Power," released in 1967, which reached number 22 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. The Sandpebbles continued to record music throughout the late 1960s and early 1970s, but they never achieved the same level of commercial success as they did with "Love Power." Despite this, they are still remembered for their contributions to the soul and R&B music scene of the time.
