Artist Bio:
The Searchers were a British rock band formed in 1962. They were part of the British Invasion, a wave of British rock and roll bands that became popular in the United States in the 1960s. The band's original lineup consisted of John McNally, Mike Pender, Tony Jackson, and Chris Curtis. They are best known for their hits "Needles and Pins," "Don't Throw Your Love Away," and a cover of the song "Love Potion No. 9."

The Searchers were known for their melodic sound and harmonies, influenced by the American pop and rockabilly music of the time. They enjoyed commercial success in the 1960s and continued to tour and perform for many years. The band's lineup changed over the years, with various members coming and going, but they remained active in the music industry until their retirement in the early 2000s.
