Artist Bio:
The Sherrys were an American girl group that formed in the early 1960s. They were known for their harmonious vocals and catchy tunes, which gained them popularity in the music scene of that era. The group consisted of members Jackie Allen, Micki Harris, Sylvia Peterson, and Mary Inez Smoots. They were signed to the Leiber and Stoller label, which helped them release their music to a wider audience.

The Sherrys are best known for their hit song "Pop Pop Pop-Pie," which was released in 1962 and reached the Billboard Hot 100 chart. The group continued to perform and release music throughout the 1960s, but ultimately disbanded later in the decade. Despite their relatively short-lived career, The Sherrys left a lasting impact on the music industry with their unique sound and memorable songs.
