Artist Bio:
The Supremes were an American female singing group that achieved widespread fame in the 1960s. The group was formed in Detroit, Michigan in 1959, and originally consisted of three members: Diana Ross, Mary Wilson, and Florence Ballard. They were signed to the Motown record label and quickly rose to fame with a string of hit singles. The Supremes are known for their unique blend of pop and soul music, as well as their glamorous image and polished performances.

The Supremes became one of the most successful vocal groups of the 1960s, with 12 number one singles on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. Some of their most popular songs include "Where Did Our Love Go," "Baby Love," and "Stop! In the Name of Love." The group's success helped to pave the way for other African-American artists to achieve mainstream success in the music industry.
