Artist Bio:
The Sylvers were an American family vocal group from Watts, Los Angeles, consisting of siblings Leon, Charmaine, James, Edmund, Ricky, Angie, Pat, Olympia, and Foster Sylvers. They first gained recognition in the 1970s for their blend of R&B, soul, disco, and pop music. The group was known for their tight harmonies and energetic performances.

Their most successful period was during the mid-1970s when they released hit singles such as "Boogie Fever" and "Hot Line." The Sylvers also gained popularity for their contributions to the soundtrack of the popular television show "S.W.A.T." The group disbanded in the early 1980s, but their music continues to be celebrated by fans of classic R&B and soul music.
