Artist Bio:
The Valentinos were an American R&B vocal group formed in the 1950s. The group originally comprised of five brothers: Bobby Womack, Cecil Womack, Friendly Womack Jr., Harry Womack, and Curtis Womack. They were discovered by Sam Cooke and signed to his record label, SAR Records. The Valentinos are best known for their hit single "It's All Over Now," which was written by Bobby Womack and became a major success in 1964. The song was later famously covered by The Rolling Stones, further increasing its popularity.

Despite their initial success, The Valentinos faced challenges and tragedies over the years, including the deaths of two members in separate incidents. The group disbanded in the late 1960s, with some members pursuing solo careers. The Valentinos' music continues to be celebrated for its soulful sound and influence on R&B and rock music.
