Artist Bio:
The Velaires were an American rock and roll band formed in the early 1960s. They were known for their energetic live performances and catchy songs. The band members included lead vocalist and guitarist Jerry Bourlon, drummer Larry Baul, bassist Calvin Arnold, and keyboardist Alan Smith.

The Velaires gained popularity in the local music scene and released a few singles, including "Roll Over Beethoven" and "Brazil". They toured extensively around the United States, playing in clubs and venues to enthusiastic audiences. Despite their talent and promising start, The Velaires did not achieve mainstream success and eventually disbanded in the late 1960s. However, they are remembered as a dynamic live act from the early days of rock and roll.
