Artist Bio:
The White Stripes were an American rock duo formed in 1997 by Jack White (vocals, guitar, and keyboards) and Meg White (drums and vocals). They were known for their raw, minimalist sound and energetic live performances. The duo gained mainstream success with their breakthrough album "White Blood Cells" in 2001, which featured the hit single "Fell in Love with a Girl."

Throughout their career, The White Stripes released six studio albums, with their most successful being "Elephant" in 2003, which included the popular single "Seven Nation Army." The duo's music was characterized by its blues and garage rock influences, and they were credited with helping to revive interest in rock music in the early 2000s. The White Stripes officially disbanded in 2011, but their music continues to be celebrated for its unique sound and lasting impact on the rock genre.
